Export Coordinator (Driving Required)

Job description:
- Coordinate and manage shipments with freight forwarders and shipping carriers to ensure timely transportation of goods
- Monitor and track shipments to provide real-time updates on delivery status to customers and internal stakeholders
- Communicate daily with customers, staff, vendors, and distributors to address inquiries and maintain smooth operations
- Resolve issues, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Provide quotations for export inquiries
- Process orders, forms, and requests
- Prepare and maintain export reports, including shipment schedules, transit times, and delivery performance
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in air and ocean export, logistics coordination, or a related field
- A valid driver's license is required to drive to airline and warehouse locations
- Multilingual preferred
- Knowledge of export regulations, international trade practices, and customs
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and client relations skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Proficiency in using MS office and/or export-related software
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (1 hour lunch break included)
Job Type: Full-time, In-person
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
