Job Summary
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze the company’s financial data to assist us in making the best possible decisions to reduce costs and improve financial performance. You will conduct business studies, identify trends, consolidate information into understandable reports, and make recommendations. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to provide insights that influence strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with in-depth knowledge of financial forecasting and proven experience as a successful Financial Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze financial data
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance metrics
- Make recommendations to improve financial performance
- Create reports to consolidate data into easily understandable information
- Develop financial models and forecasts
- Conduct business studies and identify trends
- Prepare financial projections and budgets
- Support senior management in decision-making processes with financial insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or a similar role
- Understanding of the market’s financial data
- Ability to provide reliable, data-based financial advice
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain complex financial information in simple terms
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, databases, and financial software
- Deep understanding of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Professional certifications like CFA or CPA are a plus
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
