Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Report and record all sales activity
- Qualifying inbound leads and prospects via phone and email
- Present and sell company’s products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect, plan and conduct routine visits with new and existing clients
- Negotiating terms and conditions with clients
- Organize regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service
- Handle complaints and resolve issues to customer’s satisfaction
- Ensuring all sales administration and customer service activities run smooth
- Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years experience from a freight forwarder
- Advance knowledge of logistical concepts and supply chain terminology
- Driver's License required
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Self-Driven & detail-oriented with outstanding organization skills
- Ability to multi -task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proficient in MS office programs
Salary
- Entry Level Sales Representative: $40,000-$50,000
- Sales Representative: $50,000-$80,000
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
