We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of accounting experience and possess a CPA license. This position will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and required documentation
- Summarize and prepare financial status and transaction reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports
- Review accounts and financial records to discover discrepancies and errors
- Coordinate and assist in running audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
- Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
- Perform various analysis on specific General Ledger accounts, budget to actual reports, or reforecast to actual reports.
- Complete month-end, quarter end and year-end financial statements and other reporting items accurately and timely
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
- Work with AR, AP, and other departments as needed to resolve issues
- Assist with financial statement preparation for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including consolidations
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA license required.
- Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior or management role.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM (1 hour lunch break)
